Why Pedal her Way

After years of competing at the highest level, I experienced what it feels like to have the right support behind you and what it feels like when things just don’t quite fit.

I’ve felt the frustration of questioning my body, of trying to push through phases that didn’t make sense, of wondering whether I just needed to “try harder.” I’ve also felt the confidence and clarity that comes when training truly aligns with you.

I started Pedal Her Way to create the kind of coaching I wish more women had access to. Training that respects our physiology, supports our ambitions, and understands that we are more than just athletes.

Because performance shouldn’t come at the cost of health, and women shouldn’t have to mould themselves to systems that weren’t built for them.

Pedal Her Way is about helping women feel strong, capable, and supported… not just on race day, but throughout the entire journey.
